As an Odoo developer typically I work with Python, the main programming language of Odoo, as well as XML, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for the web interface. I also am familiar with the Odoo API, which allows communication between Odoo modules and external systems or services. Additionally, I have knowledge of PostgreSQL, the database management system used by Odoo, and Linux, the operating system that runs Odoo servers.
Some of the common tasks that an Odoo developer performs are:
